Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your art class enrolment, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both students and our studio operations.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class start date are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the class start date may be eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the class start date or after the class has begun are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your enrolment details
  2. Provide your name and the class you enrolled in
  3. State the reason for cancellation
  4. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days

Class Transfers

If you cannot attend your scheduled class, you may be able to transfer to another class session, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before your original class date.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In cases of illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your options. We will review each case individually and work to find a suitable solution.
